Chalet Petit Collu, Courchevel 1550, Three Valleys
Skiing Chalet Petit Collu is ideally situated in the very heart of the village of Courchevel 1550, about 100 metres from the bubble lift and 150 metres from the six person high speed chairlift - both lifts go direct to Courchevel 1850. This means a quick and easy start in the morning, which is particularly welcome if you have to get to ski school lessons. At the end of the day, a wide blue run leads you back to within 15 metres of the chalet.
Within this catered chalet there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge/dining room with an open log fire. The lounge is on the top floor and has views directly onto the main slopes of Courchevel 1550. A small mezzanine above the lounge is perfect for use as a games area for older children (there are steep stairs), or even as an extra sleeping area for groups who book the whole chalet.
Previous guests have enjoyed the chalet so much that it was completely booked before the season began last year.
There is a choice of two lifts in the morning, a four person bubble or a six person high speed chair, both of which take you directly up to Courchevel 1850.
The bubble lift in the centre of Courchevel 1550 is just 100 metres from the ski chalet, and the chairlift 150 metres.
The Tovets blue piste, which is a wide, easy run from 1850 allows you to ski/board back to within 15 metres of the chalet at the end of the day.
